Shipping and Returns

PASSING OF RISK AT SHIPPING

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon BExAR’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For domestic orders with delivery within the United States, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

To protect our customers, BExAR is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and BExAR will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. Exceptions are possible upon BExAR’s discretion only.

Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. Accordingly, if a customer places multiple orders at different times, a combination of the orders is not possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BExAR offers USPS, FedEX and DHL Express for international orders outside Switzerland. However, please note that BExAR will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. BExAR is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties. By placing an international order, it is your own responsibility to ensure that importation of the product in question is allowed in accordance with the local laws and regulations in your country of residence.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

BExAR is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact contact@bexar.store to initiate a shipping claim.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

For your convenience, BExAR offers our customers the option to return certain products within 30 days of purchase. Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, and international orders). “Final Sale Items” include sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, activewear and BExAR apparel releases, and other items listed as not returnable. IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.

Any BExAR product that is delivered defective may be sent back to us. Please contact us at contact@bexar.store to arrange a return of a defective product. Based on the condition of the product, a partial or full refund or replacement (if the product is available) will be granted, unless the product has been damaged or used by the customer. For returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $9 shipping fee (this shipping fee is not applicable in cases where BExAR is liable for the damage). Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange.
